SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING & HANDILING:
Orders placed on Foreignnola.com are processed Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) and are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). All international orders will be shipped out the following business day from when they are placed.
Shipping rates are based on the shipping method chosen, address and weight of the order.
* Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order. Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in. Shipping fees will not be refunded
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Foreignnola.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.
Please note: We do not accept returns for Foreign product not purchased from Foreignnola.com.
Item(s) purchased from Foreignnola.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 7 days of receiving the shipment. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Due to limited quantities, all sales are final on SALE items.
To make a Return, fill out the CONTACT form and put return in the description with an explanation why the item(s) are being returned.
ATTENTION: If you decide to ship back your items WITHOUT a return form and the 7-day mark has passed, you are responsible for the reshipment of the SAME items back to you. We will not accept the return. If you choose to not contact us with reshipment payment, your items will be quarantined for 7 days and then restocked without a refund.
In addition, if your order is shipped back to us due to insufficient address or wrong shipping information you are responsible for the shipping fee.
